Platform Fee Explained

The 5% platform fee on the Starter plan applies only to the wholesale cost of orders processed through YourBeans. For example, if you sell $1,000 worth of coffee (wholesale cost $500), your platform fee would be $25. The Professional and Enterprise plans eliminate this fee entirely - great for high-volume sellers.

Pricing FAQs

How does the 14-day free trial work? +

When you install the YourBeans app on your Shopify store, you automatically get 14 days to try the full platform. No credit card required upfront. You can import products, set up your store, and even process orders. At the end of your trial, simply choose the plan that works for your business.

Can I change plans later? +

Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time through your Shopify admin. If you upgrade, you'll get immediate access to the new features. If you downgrade, the change takes effect at your next billing cycle.

What's included in the wholesale cost? +

The wholesale cost includes the coffee products and fulfillment. Shipping costs are calculated separately based on destination and weight. You set your own retail prices, so your profit margin is entirely up to you. Most sellers achieve around $30 profit per kilogram.

Is there a contract or commitment? +

No long-term contracts. All plans are month-to-month and you can cancel at any time. If you cancel, you'll have access until the end of your current billing period.

What payment methods do you accept? +

Billing is handled through your Shopify account, so whatever payment method you have on file with Shopify will be used for your YourBeans subscription.

When does Professional plan pay for itself? +

The Professional plan costs $19 more than Starter but eliminates the 5% platform fee. If your monthly wholesale costs exceed $380, Professional saves you money. For example, with $500/month in wholesale costs, Starter charges $25 in fees vs $0 on Professional - that's $6/month saved, and the savings grow with volume.
