Getting Started

Install the YourBeans App

Find YourBeans in the Shopify App Store and click "Add app". You will be prompted to approve the permissions needed to manage products and process orders.

All plans include a 14-day free trial. No credit card required to start.

Choose Your Plan

Select the plan that best fits your business:

  • Free Plan ($0/mo) - Full catalogue access + 5% platform fee per order
  • Pro Plan ($49/mo) - Everything included with 0% platform fee

Add Credits to Your Account

Credits are used to pay for product costs and shipping when orders come in. Add credits through the app dashboard.

Keep your credit balance topped up to ensure orders are fulfilled without delays.

Import Coffee Products

Browse the Master Products Catalog and import products to your store with one click. Each product automatically includes:

  • 2 sizes (250g and 1kg)
  • 6 grind options (Whole Beans, Espresso, Filter, Plunger, Stovetop, Turkish)
  • Professional product descriptions
  • High-quality images

Set Your Prices

After importing, edit the product prices in your Shopify admin to set your desired retail markup. The difference between your selling price and the product cost is your profit.

Start Selling!

When customers place orders, they are automatically sent to our roasting partners who fulfil directly to your customer with white-label packaging.

You will receive tracking information once orders ship, which is automatically synced to Shopify.

How It Works

Customer Places Order

A customer buys coffee from your Shopify store at the price you have set.

Automatic Processing

YourBeans automatically receives the order details and deducts the product cost + shipping from your credit balance.

Fresh Roasting

Our Australian roasting partners roast the coffee fresh to order - no stale warehouse stock.

White-Label Shipping

Orders ship directly to your customer in neutral or branded packaging. Your customer sees your brand, not ours.

You Keep the Profit

The difference between what your customer paid and the fulfilment cost is yours to keep.

Shipping Rates

Shipping is calculated based on destination state, zone (metro/regional/remote), and total order weight. All prices are in AUD and deducted from your credit balance.

Metro = capital city areas. Regional = other populated areas. Remote = outback and isolated postcodes. Weight is calculated as the total of all items in the order.

Add your own branding to every bag of coffee shipped to your customers.

Import a Product First

Custom labels can only be uploaded after you have imported a product from the catalogue. Go to the YourBeans app in your Shopify admin and import at least one product.

Access the Label Upload Page

Once products are imported, visit the Labels section in the YourBeans app to upload your custom label designs.

Upload Your PDF Label

Upload a PDF file with your label design. The label will be printed and applied to every bag shipped for that product.

Label specs: PDF format, A6 size (105mm x 148mm) recommended. Include your logo, brand name, and any required information.

Labels Are Applied Automatically

Once uploaded, your custom labels are automatically applied to all future orders for that product. No additional action needed.

Credits & Notifications

Credits are used to pay for product costs and shipping. Keep your balance topped up to ensure orders are processed without delay.

Credit Top-Up Packages

Choose from three top-up amounts, available in your app dashboard:

Low Credit Notifications

Never run out of credits unexpectedly. Enable notifications in your dashboard to receive email alerts when your balance drops below a threshold you set.

How to enable: In the YourBeans app, scroll to the "Platform Credits" section and toggle on "Email me when balance is low". Choose your alert threshold and suggested top-up amount.

When your balance drops below your threshold, you will receive an email with a one-click link to approve a top-up. This keeps your store running smoothly without manual monitoring.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping varies by destination and weight. See our Shipping Rates section for detailed pricing by state and zone.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are typically roasted within 1-2 business days and delivered within 3-7 business days depending on the destination. Express shipping options are available for faster delivery.
Can I use my own branding?
Yes! All orders ship in white-label packaging. You can upload your own custom PDF label designs that get printed on every bag. See the Custom Labels section for details.
What happens if my credit balance runs out?
Orders will be held until you top up your credits. We recommend enabling low credit notifications so you receive an email alert with a one-click top-up link before running out.
How do refunds work?
If an order is cancelled or refunded before fulfilment, the credits are automatically returned to your balance. For quality issues after delivery, contact our support team.
Can I edit the product descriptions?
Yes. Once imported, products are yours to customise. You can edit titles, descriptions, images, and prices directly in your Shopify admin.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, YourBeans only ships within Australia. International shipping is on our roadmap for future development.
What is the difference between the plans?
Both plans include full catalogue access and automated order processing. The main difference is the platform fee: Free Plan has a 5% fee per order, while Pro Plan ($49/month) has no platform fee - ideal for higher volume sellers.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel anytime from your Shopify admin under Apps. Any remaining credits stay in your account.
How do I get a refund on unused credits?
Contact our support team at grow@yourbeans.com.au to request a credit refund. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
