Getting Started Guide

Follow these steps to set up the YourBeans Coffee Plugin on your WooCommerce store and start selling premium coffee.

Download & Install the Plugin

Get the plugin file and add it to your WordPress site

  1. Download the plugin from the Plugin Download page
  2. In your WordPress admin, go to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin
  3. Choose the yourbeans-coffee-plugin.zip file and click Install Now
  4. After installation, click Activate Plugin
Success! Once activated, you'll see a new "YourBeans" menu item in your WordPress admin sidebar.

Enter Your License Key

Activate your plugin with the license key from your purchase

  1. Go to YourBeans → Settings in your WordPress admin
  2. Enter your license key (format: YB-XXXXXXXX-XXXXXXXX-XXXXXXXX-XXXXXXXX)
  3. Click Save Settings
Where's my license key? Your license key was shown after payment and emailed to you. Check your inbox for an email from YourBeans with the subject "Your YourBeans Coffee Plugin License Key".

Connect Your Stripe Account

Enable automatic payment splitting for orders

Stripe Connect allows payments to automatically split between you (your profit) and YourBeans (fulfillment cost) when customers purchase.

  1. Go to YourBeans → Dashboard
  2. Click the Connect with Stripe button
  3. Log in to your Stripe account (or create one if you don't have one)
  4. Authorize the connection
  5. You'll be redirected back to your site with Stripe connected
No Stripe account yet? No problem! You can create a free Stripe account during the connection process. You'll need an Australian bank account to receive payments.

Import Coffee Products

Add premium coffee products to your store

  1. Go to YourBeans → Product Catalog
  2. Browse the available coffee products
  3. Click Import on any product you want to sell
  4. The product will be created in WooCommerce with all 14 variants (2 sizes × 7 grinds)

After importing, you can:

  • Edit the product title and description to match your brand voice
  • Adjust your retail pricing (your profit = your price minus the COGS shown)
  • Add your own product images if desired
Note: You cannot change the coffee variants (grinds and sizes) as these are fixed for fulfillment purposes.

Upload Custom Labels (Optional)

Brand the coffee bags with your own label design

Want your brand on every coffee bag? Upload custom PDF labels for each product.

  1. Go to YourBeans → Label Files
  2. Find the product you want to customize
  3. Click Upload .PDF Label
  4. Select your label file (PDF format, 90mm × 110mm, 300 DPI, CMYK)

Label Specifications:

  • Format: PDF only
  • Dimensions: 90mm × 110mm
  • Resolution: 300 DPI minimum
  • Color Mode: CMYK
  • Max file size: 3MB

Start Selling!

Your coffee store is ready to go

That's it! Your products are now live on your WooCommerce store. When customers place orders:

  1. Payment is processed through Stripe
  2. The order automatically syncs to YourBeans
  3. We roast the coffee fresh and apply your label
  4. The order ships directly to your customer
  5. Your profit lands in your Stripe account

Common Questions

How long does fulfillment take?

Orders are typically roasted and shipped within 1-2 business days. Delivery time depends on the customer's location within Australia.

Can I offer subscriptions to my customers?

Yes! The plugin supports WooCommerce Subscriptions. Customers can subscribe for weekly, fortnightly, or monthly coffee deliveries.

What if I need to cancel my YourBeans subscription?

You can cancel anytime. Your imported products will remain in your store, but new orders won't sync for fulfillment.
